Quantum Salus Wellness offers holistic nutritional therapy, education, and wellness consulting. All services, recommendations, and materials are intended for general wellness support and are not a substitute for licensed medical care. Derice Louis is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), not a licensed medical provider, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.

2. Client Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer

By participating in services through Quantum Salus Wellness, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your own health decisions

  • Consult your primary care provider before beginning any new diet, supplement, or lifestyle change

  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or relevant health history

  • Understand that nutritional therapy is educational and not prescriptive medical care

In case of a medical emergency, please contact your physician or emergency services immediately.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or forfeiture of the session if part of a package.

No refunds will be issued once services are rendered or digital content is delivered. All sales of downloadable or digital items (including courses, guides, PDFs, etc.) are final.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, logos, and course materials on this site and in your client sessions are the intellectual property of Quantum Salus Wellness and Derice Louis. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Educational handouts

  • Website content

  • Program materials

  • Social media content

  • Logos and design elements
