At Quantum Salus Wellness, our goal is to serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Because of the time, preparation, and digital delivery involved in our work, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Nutritional Therapy Services (Consultations & Packages)

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of nutritional therapy services, all sales are final once services have been rendered or materials have been delivered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session or a $50 cancellation fee.
Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Unused sessions in a pre-paid package may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase and no services have been rendered.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products—including guides, classes, templates, recordings, and educational materials—are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us at ricel@qswellness.org, and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

3. Online Programs & Group Courses

Enrollment in group courses, workshops, or special programs (live or recorded) is non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Quantum Salus Wellness.

We are committed to providing high-quality content and a supportive experience. If you have questions or concerns before joining a program, we encourage you to reach out first.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. Refunds due to emergency or hardship will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to discuss your situation.
